In this session, you will experience a deep meditative state into your subconscious. Corey will go over the contraindications, method, and possible outcomes of the breathwork session.
 
This session is to let go of anything that might be hindering your body and inadvertently your life.
We will be doing connected breathing, in through the mouth into your diaphragm and out through the mouth.
Not all breathwork sessions will produce the same outcome.
