I drew the ‘The Tower‘ card, and I was intrigued by the coincidence. It seemed fitting given the recent changes in my life. The cocktail of the same name was a refreshing blend of mezcal, lotus flower tea, agave syrup, citric solution, and tonic water. Served in a tall glass that resembled a tower, it was garnished with a ribbon of pickled papaya, a symbolic nod to the card’s often tumultuous meaning. In tarot, ‘The Tower’ is often interpreted as a symbol of upheaval, destruction, and liberation, associated with sudden and unforeseen change.

While I didn’t have the chance to try the food, the bar offers a selection of Asian fusion dishes like Artisan Honey Pork Bun and Corn Cheese Duck Mala, which would likely pair well with the unique cocktails.
